The machines work in tandem with one of the machines being equipped with a bag transfer belt. Conveyor assembly with switches at the entrance and exit of the pullers allowing it to be supplied by a single former and at the exit by a single closer with its electrical cabinet for the management of the switches and the speeds of the conveyors.
Everything is formatted to produce Otor 4 type BIBs in 1.5 L, 2.25 L, 3 L, fridge format and 3L, 5L, 10L standard format.
Rates 16 strokes/minute max per machine, actual rate 14/15 strokes minutes per machine, 3 Liter format.
They are equipped with various options: alcohol injection on the nozzle after each bag (programmable); compliant blockage detection cell; nitrogen inerting of the pockets before capping. The 2 dispensers are serviced by the manufacturer every 2 years.
